 Welcome to Coral Cove 12, the perfect holiday home rental for families and friends, situated right on the beach.  I am Simon, the owner of the apartment and am available (do my best) to answer any questions you may have about my apartment, the booking process or Barbados in general. By booking directly with myself, i am able to beat any other advertised price for the apartment.

With three beautiful bedrooms, three en-suite bathrooms, Coral Cove 12 has spectacular views on arguably the best beach in Barbados, Paynes Bay. The apartment is elegantly furnished to a luxurious standard and fully air conditioned. There are also ceiling fans in all bedrooms, the lounge and on the balcony. We hope you enjoy our home from home as much as we do.

Coral Cove 12 has 24 hour security. The security guards will put out sun loungers and umbrellas on the beach each day, for the sole use of Coral Cove guests. Beach towels are provided.

Coral Cove 12 is on the third floor (floor below the penthouses) and has the most incredible view from the balcony, so take advantage and watch the sun go down from the private hot tub, or enjoy a meal cooked by the housekeeper at the dining room table, or simply with a drink in the comfy chairs.

The apartment is situated on Paynes Bay, in the parish of St. James, on the west coast of Barbados.  The area is rich with places to eat and drink, to cater for all varieties and located close to Lime Grove Shopping Mall, supermarkets, banks etc. as well as an abundance of activities on the beach for all of the family. The beach has a large range of water sports on offer, along with boat trips to swim with the turtles. 

Our very own housekeeper Dena, visits three times a week, to clean and tidy the apartment which is included in the rental price. Dena is also a great cook and will also happily prepare, cook and serve, you and your family a delicious lunch, (Guests to provide ingredients), to help you make the most of being on holiday. Extra days housekeeping can be organised. Please enquire for details.

My property managers are Sotherbys, who are on hand to deal with any problems that could arise and also assist with the planning of your trip. You will also have access to Sotherbys concierge service to help you make the most of your stay.
